Candlewood Suites Bellevue by IHG

Check-in was great and fast. Our room was not so great, it was dirty but we took pictures and showed them to the nice woman working the front. I do believe her name was Jennifer, she didn’t argue with us, and she was not rude or gave us a hard time. She apologized and gave us a new room. To our surprise, it was a bigger room and it was very clean. Yes, the rooms are outdated but it is not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights. I was really surprised with Jennifer, she handled things so quickly and calmly. We even got to sleep in because it was so quiet and no one knocking on our door early in the morning wanting to clean. Check-out was also fast and easy. Thank you to the woman working that evening

Great hotel, especially for job projects and long stay, great bbq out back and kitchenette. Front deck staff wonderful, Jenifer was lovely and kind. Thomas the general manager did great me and have conversations. I went to store right next door and got stake and used bbq.

Customer service has been amazing. Pet friendly. Rooms are super clean and spacious. They provide washer and dryer no charge. You just have to have your own laundry soap and fabric softener. They even have laundry baskets for you inside the rooms. You have a stove fridge dishwasher a microwave they offer silverware bowls, plates, Tupperware bowls, pans and a skillet and utensils for the skillet and pans. Refrigerator plenty of room clean freezer has an icemaker. Which is very convenient if you’re looking for a hotel suite stay at for a period of time. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were dated and they seem to need to be deep cleaned (for example, baseboard areas had extreme buildup that was clearly months old) but it was fine for our one night stay. The room temp stayed cool which I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with was VERY kind and polite. Even with the #2 issue we ran into on the sidewalk outside while we were leaving... it isn't a pleasant thing to have to deal with but the front desk lady who cleaned it up with soapy water was nothing but smiles. She even offered to make sure my shoes were cleaned up inside so I didn't have to deal with it the whole ride home. I would stay here again just because of the kindness of the staff.

solid 4 stars. professional traveler here. pros are room size includes a full kitchen, room was one of the cleanest ive had and has a free laundry room to use that is actually clean not full of hogshit washed clothes, next to a walmart and chain restaurants location is good nice part of town. cons are property needs updated but its all cosmetic the important things are ok, no usb outlet anywhere in the room, no pool or breakfast, and parking lot has potholes you can swim in the grand canyon is jealous. wow the size of the potholes around here rival the size of the local waistlines.

This place is fantastic!! The rooms are really up to date, very nice kitchenette. Very animal friendly and great little area to buy extra stuff. If you are traveling, check this place out, it's well worth the money.

Outstanding service. Thomas and his whole staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. Best staff any where and we stay in a ton of hotels because of my husband's work. A must stay hotel for sure.

Everything was gorgeous, but I arrived in my room to find the bed had no sheets, or blankets of any kind. The pillows didn't have pillow cases, and the shower had no curtain. But that's ok. I kno how to put them on. It's still very nice and it's only my first night.
